He qualified as a Neurosurgeon Specialist with the College of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA) and he earned his Masters in Neurosurgery from the University of Witwatersrand where he continues to share his knowledge and experience with colleagues and teach future neurosurgeons.

Dr Mohale is Registered as an independent practitioner in Neurosurgery with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA). He is also a member of the Society of Neurosurgeons of South Africa (SNSA), and a member of the College of Medicine of South Africa.
